This is an Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecom Professionals, resulting in Microsoft Server 2008 Administrator (MCITP) certification. The training is aimed at those wanting to work in a technical IT role, maintaining servers and networks.

Programme Description

This is an Intermediate Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecom Professionals. Similar in structure and and with the same educational philosophy of including industry preferred, vendor certification. The focus of this apprenticeship programme is on support of the workstation environment. Apprentices will gain the "Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician" certification.

Programme Description

This is an Intermediate Apprenticeship in IT Application Specialist based on Microsoft office, resulting in a Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ). The training is aimed at those whose main job role is to use IT applications in support of colleagues or customers in any sector or industry.
